  • I received a damaged box, what to do?

    We are sorry to hear that you had received a damaged box. Our apologies. Please, send us an e-mail with a photo of the damaged box to: support@a-catchers.com. We will quickly resolve the issue and provide you with a suitable solution.

  • How can I track my box?

    After your box is dispatched, you will receive an email with a track and trace code to follow your package.  To prevent your A Catchers package return, we advise you to be present at home during the indicated delivery times.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    For the members, the shipping is free. For the non-members in the Netherlands, the shipping costs are € 6,75. For shipments within Europe, the shipping costs are € 13.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship in the Netherlands and within Europe. For shipments outside the Netherlands, we charge shipping costs.

  • What are the available shipping methods?

    We securely ship via PostNL.

  • When exactly will I receive my box every quarter?

    We deliver the boxes at the end of each quarter. The delivery may slightly vary during the holiday periods.

  • What is the A Catchers box?

    The A Catchers box is a jewelry subscription box. A new box comes every three months.
